Early Childhood Educational Leader - Hybrid On & Off The Floor Position

We are seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our established team in our Corrimal service. This is a hybrid position with on/Off The Floor hours!
  
About the role: 

• Execute and oversee educational programming tailored to meet the needs of all young learners under our care
• Provide comprehensive support to our educators in implementing these programs, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) while fostering an environment conducive to child-led discovery
• Foster the professional growth of team members, empowering them to actively contribute to children's educational journeys with confidence
• Cultivate strong relationships with families and educators, facilitating open communication and collaboration
• Maintain meticulous adherence to EYLF and National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements, striving for excellence in all aspects of our educational practices

About you: 

• Diploma/Teaching Degree in Early Childhood EducatiOn & Care (or ACECQA approved or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS)
• Previous experience as an Educational Leader desirable
• Nurture authentic connections with our children and families through interaction, curriculum and documentation
• Current Working with Children Check
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
