Australian Islamic Collegeinvites applications from qualified, experienced and passionate Education Assistants (Special Need) for Dianella & Kewdale Campuses.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Their desire to provide a quality service.
- A wide variety of experience working in a school support role.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on a multitude of challenges, who is prepared to attend to the physical needs of our students, which could include toileting and physical intervention.
- Capability to support students with exceptionalities, such as physical disabilities, developmental delays, autism & behaviour issues.
Applicants must have the following qualifications:
- Equivalent of Year 10 minimum
- Minimum Cert IV in Education Support
Applicants must be able to demonstrate their conviction in:
- The existence of God to whom they are constantly accountable.
- Schools not only being about academic achievement but also about values and morals.
- Placing a high priority on role-modelling a caring and supportive environment.
