St Joseph’s Primary School has a friendly, professional team of staff who provide a supportive work culture and a positive and inspiring work environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Education Support Officer – Student Support (ESO) to join our supportive compassionate team.
ESO’s are responsible for the delivery of quality support that enhances the provision of a Catholic Education aimed as improving outcomes and wellbeing for all students within our unique faith context. St Joseph’s school recognises ESO’s as critical players in the delivery of a quality education.

Employment Conditions: 3 days per week, 9.00 am to 3.25 pm (FTE 0.47)
Duties and responsibilities will include
- Assisting student learning, where discretion and judgment is required (including providing more individualised approaches and intervention strategies, and assisting in identification of learning needs and evaluation of progress under the general supervision and direction of the Teacher)
- Participate in the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of student learning and programs
- Work with students to enable them to use specialised augmentative communication and adaptive technology to enhance student access to the curriculum;
