What You Will Be Doing
The Education Team Leader – Emergency, is responsible for developing and implementing key strategies to enhance the clinical capability of the Emergency Nursing workforce emphasising safe, personal, effective and connected care.
In collaboration and consultation with the Critical Care Education Stream Lead, the Team Lead – Emergency leads the Emergency Educator team (inclusive of CNEs & CSNs) to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate learning programs based on local and organisational strategic objectives. The Team Leader – Emergency is accountable for the support, management and performance of the clinical education staff within the Emergency Education Team.>
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Postgraduate qualification in ED/Critical Care
Extensive Emergency Nursing Experience >3 years
Postgraduate qualification in education, management or research

2020 -2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
