You will
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the children, families, colleagues, and the wider centre community
- Role model facilitating high quality learning experiences for children and support team members to reflect on practices to drive high quality care and education throughout the centre
- Use the NQS resources and Aurrum Gold standards to guide exceeding themes and practice across all areas of the Aurrum Kids curriculum
- Provide mentoring, coaching and guidance to colleagues on the floor, regularly spending time in the childcare rooms
- Act as the Responsible Person and Nominated Supervisor in the absence of the Centre Manager

About you
Your commitment, passion and enthusiasm will inspire a love of learning in all Aurrum children. You will have a hands-on approach to leadership, mentoring and coaching and be supportive of the development of Educators across the centre, working in line with the Aurrum interpretation of the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
You’ll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and be able to develop warm relationships with colleagues and families alike.
Additionally, you will have:
- A Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Teaching (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- In depth knowledge of and practice in the application of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
- An up to date working with children check (WWCC) and children protection certificate, or willingness to obtain
