Educational Leader - Darlinghurst

This EXCEEDING centre is looking for an Educational Leader to join their brilliant service in Darlinghurst, Sydney!

Offering:

• $1800 per week
• 7 weeks annual leave
• Time off the floor to focus on the curriculum
• On-site parking
• Full-time, permanent employment

Successful applicants will have:

• Diploma or ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check
• An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Experience in curriculum implementation and translation of EYLF to learning outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great mentoring and leadership skills
• A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
• Right to Work in Australia without restriction
• Ideally, 6 months experience as an Educational Leader, or in a similar position
