- Availability for flexible shifts Monday to Friday, totalling 12-38 hours per week.
- Ability to thrive in a bustling OSHC setting, catering to up to 90 children.
- Familiarity with child-centered philosophies and positive behavior guidance strategies.
- Knowledge of NQF and dedication to continuous quality improvement.
- Passion for promoting our service within the local community in line with our educational philosophy.
- Competitive hourly rate of $30 to $37, based on qualifications and experience, with additional split shift and uniform allowances.
