About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised OSHC coordinator who can confidently lead and run our Before and After school hours program (Vacation Care during school holiday periods) for school aged children (5-12 years old)
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement a diverse range of engaging activities and programs that meet the needs and interests of children.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of educators, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Compliance: Ensure the program complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety requirements.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with children, parents, staff, and the wider community.
About You:
- Qualification: - ACECQA Approved Diploma (alternatively, working towards) or a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
- Experience: Ideally in a school, OSHC or Early Learning educational setting with leadership responsibilities.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion: A genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and needs within the program.
