Le Fevre Community Children’s Centre seeks a Full Time Diploma Qualified staff member to work within our team. Le Fevre Community Children’s Centre is a small community owned,not for profit centre with strong links within the community. We are a small team of staff many who have served for 10+ years, Committed to prioritizing our children, staff and families within our service.

Le Fevre Community Children’s Centre is managed by a volunteer group of parents , community representatives as well as Staff and the Director, giving a unique, family centred view on Care and Education.
Duties include contributing to quality programming and learning documentation, working within a supportive team, mentoring students and trainees, contributing to quality care and effective communication with parents, children and colleagues.
Desirable Characterisitics include good communication skills, the ability to critically reflect on your own and centre practices, be able to advocate for children, experience in providing trauma informed care, understanding of good team functioning and a willingness to take risks.
