Form of workWe are seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse or Enrolled nurse to join our existing nursing team in our busy practice. We pride ourselves on empathy, transparency, and always aiming to go above and beyond for our patients. We are seeking a like-minded dynamic person to join our team and contribute their enthusiasm, dedication and expertise. This is a long-term position for someone wanting to continue on their career path as a General Practice Nurse. The position is for a minimum, 3 days per week, 7 hour shift ,with the potential option of increasing to a 9 day fortnight. No shift or weekend work.
Role responsibilities include
- Triage and patient assessment
- Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments
- Wound Management
- Assisting with minor surgical procedures
- Assisting with Immunisations/injections (within scope of practice)
- Patient education
About You
You are an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. You are enthusiastic, efficient with a high attention to detail, and most importantly are driven to provide outstanding care to your patients.
You will have:
- Current AHPRA registration
- General practice experience is an advantage but not essential
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- An ability to work in a team and autonomously
