Parts Dealer Support Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead our
Parts Dealer Support team, ensuring they provide efficient support to our dealer network and internal customers. You will manage parts inquiries, coordinate accessory stock, and support our National Parts & Logistics Manager.YOU'LL NEED Responsibilities will include:
THE OFFER- Lead and guide the Parts Dealer Support team.
- Help interpret parts requirements for our staff and dealerships.
- Manage the Parts Help Desk, handling phone and email inquiries and processing orders.
- Determine accessory orders based on sales data and forecasts.
- Calculate initial orders for new model parts.
- Assist in resolving order and stock discrepancies.
- Support special projects as needed.
- Develop and document standard procedures.
- Complete daily administrative tasks and maintain records.
- Cross-train to support other departments.

- Experience in parts interpretation from a dealership or OEM background.
- Proficiency in stock management and parts ordering systems.
- Familiarity with inventory forecasting.
- Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work well in a small team and adapt to changing needs.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
Remuneration for this role will be $75K plus super and the hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.Interested and suitably qualified applicants should apply through this site.
