Our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. The role of E&I Planner will see you working in the Gladstone region, based on Curtis Island, on a permanent contract. This role will provide specialist expertise in maintenance planning for the Midstream operations specifically around Electrical, Instrument and Control, ensuring availability of plant and driving reliability in accordance with maintenance management strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support equipment reliability in accordance with maintenance management strategies
- Plan and prioritise E&I scope across Midstream Operations
- Manage Asset Event preparation and planning readiness
- Scope the full extent of maintenance work needed to conduct the relevant corrective/preventive activities on plant and equipment
- Liaise with production staff and the maintenance supervisors to optimise planned maintenance
- Support the maintenance schedulers to optimise work list
- Update and maintain CMMS job plan accuracy

What you will bring
- Cert III in Electro Technology, Cert III in Instrumentation, EEHA Certification and a current Electrical License recognised by the Queensland Electrical Licensing Board
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry in Operations (highly regarded)
- Demonstrable experience using Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) – Maximo/SAP or similar
- High exposure to work management systems and processes
- Demonstrable experience planning; electric and engine driven compression, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, power generation, water and pipeline infrastructure, and E&I Equipment (LV/HV)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
- Proof of right to work in Australia
