The opportunity
Our client is a community focused Federal Government Agency. They have an exciting opportunity available for an APS6 EL1 Assistant Director of Integrity Reporting to join the Intelligence & Analytics Branch in ensuring the optimization of all sources of data and information relevant to integrity, including analytics and reporting.
EL1 Labour Hire daily rate contract spanning an initial 12 months with the strong possibility of extension. Daily rate on offer is $602.55 + Super. To be based out of our client’s Richmond or Geelong location.
This contract will be within a hybrid environment, with 2 days working from home, and expected 37.5-hour weeks.
About the role
The position is an important team leadership position within the Agency and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the design and implementation of an integrity performance reporting framework, including performance monitoring and reporting to support the broader division.
Developing reporting collateral including templates, dashboards, updates and responses required to various reporting requirements, incorporating data.
Analysing and incorporating data into designated ongoing performance and operational reports.
Application of analytical and statistical techniques to highlight actionable insights into emerging trends.
Supporting the design and implementation of a benefit measurement framework to estimate and report on the impact of strategic initiatives addressing Scheme integrity.
Contributing to the preparation of briefs and reports that draw on evidence-based analysis for a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including the Executive and the Board’s committees.
About you
Strong Excel and data interrogation skills
Experienced with SAS
Knowledge of the NDIS or Government experience highly advantageous
Demonstrated leadership in medium to large organisations
Ability to understand the impact of benefit reporting on the success of strategic initiatives
