Tasks
- Efficiently manage high-level diaries, schedules, and plans.
- Generate Market Appraisal reports and oversee their follow-up and management.
- Arrange and confirm appointments with clients and suppliers on behalf of your Director.
- Handle incoming leads, calls, and email correspondence.
- Coordinate various marketing efforts including direct mail, social media, and print advertisements.
- Maintain and update the Director’s Client Management System.
- Provide support to the Director in client and buyer care, auctions, open homes and inspections.
- Communicate with suppliers and trades to obtain quotes and oversee project completion.

Prerequisites
- Highly value previous experience in real estate.
- Possess a current Agent Representative Certificate and valid driver's license.
- Maintain immaculate presentation and grooming.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit a strong and diligent work ethic.
