Assistant Director Projects

A great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Director Projects to join this busy team for a long term 12-month temporary assignment.About the role:

• Managing the day issues and requirements of the team.
• Interpreting complex data and developing reports and documentation detailing complex issues for senior leaders and the team.
• Setting up Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs) and lead complex collaboration meetings involving large groups of stakeholders, keeping stakeholders informed and drawing them towards solutions.
• Undertaking performance assessments and supporting the leadership team with performance management of their teams.
• Supporting the development of team culture, improving processes and developing ways of working.
• Developing Jira queries, or others via MS Tools, to support issues investigation.

About you:

• You will have ability to analyse data across different data streams to deliver reports.
• You will have strong written communication skills.
• You will have strong Stakeholder management and negotiation skills with ability to manage MDT’s with people with conflicting opinions and viewpoints.
• You will have leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision-making experience.
• You will have strong project management skills to support release prioritization work.
• You will have a good understanding of Jira and Confluence.

• Full time hours Monday to Friday
• Geelong or Melbourne location + hybrid working from home options.
• $602.55 per day + Super
