ABOUT THE JOB:
- Conduct interviews with staff to gather role information.
- Verify details with role supervisors.
- Assess gathered information against APS Work Level Standards.
- Document assessments and outcomes.
- Analyse outcomes for Organisational Design opportunities.
- Brief our client's Executive Committee on results.
- Collaborate with HR's Organisational Design team.
- Independently lead the project with EL2 Workforce Planning.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Effective communication within corporate settings.
- Results-oriented professional with a proven track record in role evaluations and Organisational Design.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse outcomes and implement improvement solutions.
