Elliott Gray are seeking an Organisational Design expert to conduct an Organisational Design project on our client’s leadership roles. Using your expertise, you will independently conduct role evaluations using the APS Role Evaluation Tool and assess the information gathered against APS Work Level Standards.
Your key duties:
- Conduct interviews with staff to gather information regarding role responsibilities and accountabilities including tasks, duties and delegations.
- Analyse outcomes and challenge status quo to look for opportunities considering best practice Organisational Design and the APS Optimal Management Structures Guidance.
- Provide regular project updates for the Director to present to Executives, and assist with any follow up including developing solutions.
- Project manage the review in collaboration with the Director of Workforce Planning, including planning and managing this activity.
Technical expertise is crucial to the success of this role. Ideally, you will have experience in mapping processes to achieve outcomes. Your analytical skills have been well developed through the use of various HR systems, you know how to access key data and how to present it to Executives.
You will have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers and Executive and be able to work to tight deadlines with the utmost coordination and time management.
