Role Snapshot:
- Location: Based in our lively office with options for flexible work arrangements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute marketing and communication strategies, including digital campaigns, Social media management, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead initiatives for two biannual campaigns, ensuring creative and impactful market presence.
- Oversee the content management on various digital platforms, including Social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, and manage our digital assets on platforms like Dropbox.
- Act as the editor for our in-house magazine, driving project from ideation through to execution.
- Engage with partners and manage promotional activities at events such as the annual Hort Connections conference.
Who You Are:
- Experienced: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in a Social media, marketing or comms role.
- Strategic Thinker: You can see the bigger picture and contribute to the strategic direction of our program.
- Creative and Analytical: Comfortable with both creative design and data-driven decision-making.
- Communicator: Excellent at both internal and external communications, adept at building relationships.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve, with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
