El1 Project/Program Manager

Be a part of a small and collaborative team to support upcoming surge work! Your new company This well-known Federal Government Department, responsible for supporting Australians to access education and realise the benefits of lifelong learning through national policies and programs, is seeking an EL1 Project/Program Manager to join one of their branches to assist with an upcoming project. Your new role You will support the branch with a range of finance, assurance and project management activities. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Oversee branch finances.
Oversee contract management of core activities.
Work collaboratively with program leads.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience in a similar position and the Federal Government. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to use Excel, program and/or project management experience, the ability to develop and manage strategies and activities and experience in administration of finance.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be an Australian citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
