The opportunity
Our client is a large federal government agency. They are seeking an EL2 Director – Hypercare and Reporting to join on a long term contracting basis in the Service Design Planning branch, and manage a Hypercare team responsible for resolving issues following the release of a new core enterprise system.
- 12 month contract plus 12 month extensions
- Richmond or Geelong based, with 3 days in the office per week
- Daily rate of $754.20 plus super
The role
As the Director – Hypercare and Reporting, you will manage a Hypecare function and team, and oversee support for major and BAU production releases for a national CRM rollout. This role will also require a significant amount of internal and external stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Leading teams managing operational or technical issues with Salesforce/SAP/PACE
- Chairing Senior Leadership collaboration meetings as required
- Prioritising and presenting options to Senior Executive Leadership
- Managing defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to agree outcomes for prioritisation
- Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process
- Leading analysis of listening and ticket data to identify themes and issues for prioritisation
- Developing frequent reports or deliver presentation on hypercare activities
- Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes
- Forward planning and development of improved strategies or processes to enhance existing hypercare processes
- Analysis of agency data
- Building team capability with accessing, exchanging and managing data from internal sources and enhancing the reporting process
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Deep understanding of Project Management and ability to use differing project tools
- Previous experience in hypercare management, release management or similar, ideally in large, complex government or corporate environments
- Detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Proven ability to lead projects and Multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders, drive decision making, and manage conflicting or challenging situations
- Experience in the use of Jira and Confluence
- Strong leadership, strategic organisation, influence and negotiation skills
