Project Logistics Customer Excellence Team Leader | Australia | AU2050234Come join our growing Project Logistics team in Brisbane!YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a driven Customer Excellence Team Leader to manage a team of specialists for more than one account, whilst ensuring a high level of Customer Excellence to internal and external stakeholders.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESAs the Customer Excellence Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be:
- Contractual and commercial ownership of the assigned accounts.
- Identifying opportunities to grow business within the customer portfolios and working with key stakeholders to prepare, execute and develop growth plans.
- Acting as an escalation point for appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitoring operational performance of all suppliers and implementing corrective or preventative actions.
- Ensuring the timely completion of all required file administration including documentation, billing, vendor invoices and weekly forwarding sub-ledger.
- Ensuring all your team members are skilled, trained and upskilled where necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role and industry is preferred.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of various backgrounds.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
