Groves is currently seeking a fulltime ELC Administration Officer who can contribute to our College within the Early Learning Centre. This position is covering a maternity leave position until April 2025.
Administrative skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with demonstrated ability to build rapport and interact effectively at all levels of a school community
- Solutions-oriented and systems-capable person
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent management of digital and hard-copy documentation
- Excellent skills within the Microsoft Suite, especially Outlook
- Knowledge of the Independent, Christian School and ELC sectors is advantageous
- Experience with OWNA system an advantage
