Short Description: Embark on an exciting opportunity as an ELDO Hotel Receptionist at Woomera! This permanent full-time role, under a DIDO (Drive-In, Drive-Out) 14/7 schedule, allows you to provide excellent customer service to Australian Defence personnel. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, administer reservations, and assist guests with inquiries.
• Manage reservations accurately using the Reservation Management System.
• Greet and check-in guests, explain hotel amenities, and provide directions.
• Handle guest inquiries, process service requests, and address complaints promptly.
• Administer check-out process, process payments, and manage room fees.
• Coordinate with Cleaning Services and Maintenance for room availability and functionality.
• Undertake other duties as requested by the Commercial Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Qualifications in hotel administration or hospitality preferable.
• 2+ years of experience in administration roles, preferably within a hotel/motel environment.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
