The Opportunity
The eLearning specialist is responsible for developing learning activities that engage and support a wide range of learning needs, provide quality and governance of Learning Management System (LMS) and monitor, assess and continuously improve the online training experience at Safe Places for Children.

•Work collaboratively with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) teams to design, develop and deliver high quality adult online learning content/resources.
• Provide support to managers, learners and other stakeholder using the online learning plan platform, both from a technical position and an end user experience.
•Strong focus at Safe Places to continue to provide a wide range of both face to face and online learning.
•Being able to shape the eLearning experience that has only just begun and build the fabric of online learning across a range of different services and people.
•Recommend strategies to ensure training products are innovative, scalable, efficient to administer and deliver, and align to contemporary adult-learning theory and practice.


About You

Our Online Learning Lead will bring a genuine passion to make a difference in the lives of young people and our communities, holding certain attributes and demonstrated knowledge and experience.
•Provide consistent and reliable governance of LMS data, analysing engagement and completion rates, and ensuring quality of online learning.
• Provide support to managers, learners and other stakeholder using the online learning plan platform,
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving to accomplish set objectives and outcomes.
Experience and Qualifications to Include:
•Diploma (or higher) in Education, Graphic Design or relevant field
• Experience in working in the community services or health sector.
•Demonstrated experience in delivering a wide range of eLearning experiences using a variety of mechanisms IT or software development experience.
•Previous experience in working within large eLearning teams.
