Salary: $30 to $55 per hour + Super
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify and record required parts for repairs
• Overhauling and rewinding high and low-voltage Electric Motors
• Dismantle, reassemble motors
• Clean, repair, and overhaul bearings
• Prepare reports as required and complete job sheets in an accurate and timely manner
• Report any quality or safety issues to the Managing Director or the Quality Manager
• Undertake other duties as directed by the Managing Director
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and the Quality Management System ISO 9001 and AS/NZ 3800
Selection Criteria:
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience
• Certificate III or IV or equivalent qualification in the home country
• Excellent writing and speaking skills
• Ability to work with a team
