Job Description:

As an Electrical System Design and Drafting Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by leading and executing electrical system design and drafting activities. You will be responsible for maintaining control over design solutions provided by external service providers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute electrical system design and drafting activities, including the development of P&ID, layout drawings, wiring schematics, instrument and equipment lists, and ePLAN-based reports (cable schedule, I/O list, BOM, etc.).
• Collaborate with other disciplines (mechanical, process, and civil) to ensure that the EC&I system design aligns with all project interfaces.
  Ensure that design solutions are in compliance with the project's technical offer, client specifications, relevant standards, regulations, budget, and schedule.
• Identify scope changes, submit change requests to the client, and obtain approvals.
• Produce and review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and perform/witness equipment testing as required for internal quality control, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Participate in commissioning tasks to ensure the successful startup and operation of electrical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in electrical system design and drafting.
Proficiency in using design software and tools, including ePLAN.
Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
