As our new Electrical Engineer, you'll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.

Your role will include:

• Completing concept reviews and undertaking detailed designs
• Taking a role in coaching & mentoring junior members of the team.
• Leading the delivery of electrical design components of large-scale projects from inception to completion
• Produce concept and detailed designs in line with client requirements.
• Utilise your problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Apply the principles of Safe Design
• Work with our Buildings clients across the country, as well as on major national defence projects.
• Opportunities to apply your skills and creativity to complex projects in other geographies and markets with diverse teams of people from across our business.

As well as experience in an Electrical Engineer role. Specifically

• Ability to run the design management process and work within teams which will have both a strong local component but also connecting with professional's interstate & overseas.
• A strong technical background with the capability to work autonomously.
• A desire to maintain our client experience standards.
• The ability to work alongside existing leaders and drive the performance of those around you.
• The capacity to coach early career professionals and act as a mentor to more experienced staff, especially for those keen to know more about design management.
• Be chartered or working toward chartered status.
