Our client is amongst the world’s top producers of major commodities, including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.
Your new role
Perform document controls and play a key part of various engineering and operational teams.
You will be responsible for:
• Registration, distribution and disposition of project documentation in accordance with procedure
• Support the implementation of programme management strategies
• Monitor the proper use of project documents and data management systems and offer solutions to any documents control issues.
• Provide hands-on assistance and training as required.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the position, you will have:
• Proven experience as a Document Controller for major capital projects
• Previous experience in mining or heavy industrial industries is desirable but not essential.
• Your ability to manage and prioritise workloads
• Experience with Aconex
