Office Location: Chatswood, NSW
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting of all Project Management, Quality, OHS and Environmental plans required for the works
- Development and maintenance of all records and other site documentation required under the contract
- Managing project progress and delegating tasks as required
- Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery
- Supervising project documentation
- Supervising of sub-contractor's work
- Preparing and delivering progress reports to customers
- Optimising processes and team productivity
- Documentation works as required
- Coordinating all works undertaken by the nominated subcontractors and suppliers
- Acting as a principal point of contact for relevant parties, for all aspects of the works, including attendance at project meetings, as required
- Leadership, management and coordination of all project personnel including Engineers, Supervisors, Subcontractors and other field staff
- Working in the Melbourne area (Full time)
Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience with 2 - 3 year's relevant work experience
- Project Management or Construction Management
- Commercial management skills
- Knowledge and skills in Contract/subcontract management
- Stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Auto-CAD)
