- Supporting the maintenance, overhaul, and modernisation of rail vehicles.
- Providing expertise and trade staff support to resolve complex issues and failures.
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to optimise fleet performance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with standards and practices.
- Conducting inspections, audits, and risk assessments to safe work practices.
- Analysing performance data and implementing reliability cantered maintenance.
- Flexible approach to work around start/finish times and opportunity for time off in lieu.
- Competitive starting annual base salary of $122,000 plus Superannuation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineer – minimum 1 or more years of work experience in Electrical Engineering.
- All previous work experience is relevant, it is not required that you have rollingstock experience.
- Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
