About the RoleService Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Electrical Inspector to join our growing company. You will be responsible for carrying out electrical inspections on both residential properties and commercial building complexes throughout metropolitan and regional TAS and adhering to all aspects of AS3000, AS3008 and TAS Electrical requirements. Nature of position: Permanent, Full TimeLocation: Multiple Positions available North/South TasmaniaReporting Line: Operations ManagerThe successful applicant will possess the following:A Grade Electrical LicenceCEC Accreditation (preferred but not essential)Manual driver’s licence
Current National Police ClearanceCurrent First Aid and CPR qualification
Skills & experience:Minimum 5 years post trade experience
Ability to resolve day-to-day operational issues and solve technical problems with a high degree of autonomy and independent judgement
The ability to follow process and procedures correctlyA strong awareness of OH&S work practices
