Form of workMy client is an international leader in producing coated metal and painted steel building products. This exciting opportunity has arisen to deliver the electric installation packages within a heavy manufacturing environment.
This role is based to the south-east of Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting into the Engineering Team Leader, the responsibilities of the role includes:
- The supervision of Electrical Installation works
- Development of safety systems and procedures
- Participation in the development of electrical and control system designs with a focus on constructability aspects
- Management of onsite contractors
- Adhering to project schedules and budgets
Your Background
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Industrial site experience
- Coming from a background of Electrical Engineering or Trades
- Excellent communication and organisation skills with stakeholders and contractors throughout the design and installation phase
- Ability to develop scope of works, job safety analysis and QA requirements
