In 2018, we opened our Western Australian manufacturing facility. Through continued growth, we have vacancies for an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join our workshop based transportable substation construction team at our modern manufacturing facility located at Henderson.

Have you had prior experience in either:
- Promoting a safe work environment, ensuring the safety of your team?
- Ensuring team activities are completed safely and efficiently to desired quality standards?
- Acting as intermediary between Employees and Supervisors?
- Supervising employees?
- Assisting in the planning and cost control of projects and tasks?
- Tracking material usage and inventory needs?
You:

Qualifications & Experience:
- White Card (Essential).
- Trade related qualification (Essential)
- Minimum 3 years Electrical experience or Leading Hand experience (Essential).
- Training or Mentoring Experience (Desirable).
- First Aid (Desirable).
- High Risk Work-EWP’s, Working at Height or Forklift (Desirable).
- Good Standard of general electro-mechanical fitting skills (Essential).
- Previous switchboard or transportable sub-station manufacturing or similar experience (Highly Desirable).
As a manufacturer, our teams are largely workshop based however occasional industrial site travel may be required. Pay rates may vary depending on experience with opportunities for career progression.
