Based in Redcliffe, Perth, the Production / Service Manager, will have the unique opportunity to lead an exceptionally talented and dedicated team who take pride in their work and value our customers.

This key leadership role requires excellent interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to multi-task and delegate. The ideal candidate will lead a team of over 50 staff and have the responsibility for the assembly and the technical fit out for Morris, Miller, and LiuGong products throughout Australia:
Your responsibilities will include:
Production/Service Management
- The efficient planning, management and fit out of all machinery and equipment.
- Oversee the quality assurance process; ensuring all machines and equipment are built and presented to the end customer to the highest standards.
Transport
- Liaising with logistic companies to ensure timely delivery of freight around Australia.
Stock Control
- Ensuring consistent supply of product to maintain production and meet sales requirements.
- Allocating machines to customers based on orders and machine specification.
Sales
- Liaising with sales department regarding production requirements and prioritisation.
- Ensuring links between production and account department for machine invoicing / floor plan.
