Description
Reporting into the Maintenance Manager, your role will allow you to lead Maintenance activities on afternoon shift to achieve maximum utilisation of all available resources. You will strive to sustain and improve work management systems and practices to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safety compliance
- Participation in continuous improvement strategies
- Job Planning/Scheduling including Shutdowns
- Actively participate in work managements system processes
- Leadership of Maintenance Crew personnel
Profile
About You:
- Job relevance and experience in Manufacturing/Industrial environment
- Trade qualified A Grade Electrician
- High Voltage ticket
- Understanding of work planning and scheduling
- Efficient fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to comply with safety standards and practices
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills and people management
- You must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment medical to be successful in this role
