About the role
The position is responsible for undertaking service and maintenance on JFDs submarine rescue suite of assets. The successful candidate will carry out planned and corrective maintenance on our suite of assets with an exceptional focus on quality. In addition to the day to day maintenance, this position is also required to provide offshore support twice a year for up to two weeks.
This is a rare opportunity to join the Submarine Escape and Rescue team in Bibra Lake, WA.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Trade qualified with 3+ years’ experience in maintenance and electrical fault finding.
- Experience as a Systems Technician in submarines, ROV and/or AUV systems operating in aviation or marine environments, desirable.
- Possesses an in-depth knowledge and experience of fault finding and rectification processes with mechanical equipment.
