We have a great team of tradesmen in the field, delivering exceptional service. We now require an Electrical Operations Manager to provide leadership and technical knowledge and manage the day-to-day planning and delivery of projects.

We need your help to…
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Plan, organize, and oversee electrical projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop project schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project requirements are met.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and inventory.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience in estimating.
- Proven experience with job management systems
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Current and valid A Grade Electrical Licence.
- Current and valid Driver's Licence.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in the electrical and preventative maintenance sector.
Desirables:
- Nominees/contractor’s license.
