Work Location: Fortescue's Chichester's Cloud Break and Christmas Creek mine sites is located on the traditional lands of the Puutu Kunti Kurrama people.
Roster: 5/2 in Perth 4/3 Onsite - FIFO ex Perth
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to asset planning systems and the work management process.
- Actively assist in development and review of standard planned maintenance tasks.
- Process notifications and develop work orders daily, adhering to the Fortescue work management process & guidelines and within the work management KPI framework.
- Plan with shutdown works in adherence with operational requirements and the shutdown planning team
- Effectively manage backward and forward log in accordance with set KPI's.
- Prepare planned work for areas of responsibility and assign/communicate priorities to stakeholders to maximise equipment availability.
- Create master data notifications within areas of responsibility.
- Work to continually improve performance, costs & safety using initiative and innovation.
- Component in using SAP Maintenance Systems
- Asset Management & Reliability exposure
- Experience in shutdown or maintenance planning within the mining or heavy industry.
- Trade qualified, preference for electrical trade, HV qualified desirable but not essential.
- Working experience of SAP Maintenance Systems
- In-depth knowledge of maintenance practices, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Power Generation and Iron Ore Operations desirable but not essential
