Electrical Project Manager

Stiles Electrical Services was established in 1999 and remains a progressive electrical and communications company that services a range of commercial, industrial, civil clientele across Western Australia.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are proud of the work we produce and the long-standing relationships we build and are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Project team. We require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced individual to manage a range of metro and regional civil-Electrical Projects.  

In this role you will work closely with Stiles Electricals' Project Team, Electrical Estimators and Supervisors to demonstrate competent delivery of our projects. 

We require you to have the ability to determine priorities, meet strict deadlines and budget demands as well as having the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following: 

• An A-Grade Electrician
• At least 3 years experience managing civil-Electrical Projects
• Demonstrated capability of managing projects on time, within budget and to the required specification.
• Working knowledge of Australian Wiring Rules (AS3000:2018) and subsequent updates
• Ability to effectively lead multiple teams of supervisors, electricians, trades assistants, operators, subcontractors and suppliers on multiple projects in WA.
• Appreciation of the civil construction environment
• Be comfortable reading plans and technical documentation
• Comprehensive written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• C Class drivers licence

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Oversee and manage your procurement, plant, equipment and resources
• Conduct short- and medium-term planning relating to overall progress
• Identifying and summarising technical information from specifications and drawings
• Issue RFIs and technical queries as required
