Electrical Selections Consultant

Our business works with several medium to high-end residential builders across metropolitan Adelaide. We offer a wide range of scalable and innovative solutions covering everything from general electrical, smart home automation, audio/visual, security, networking, solar, battery and expanding into air conditioning.

We strive to provide our builders with a high-quality, comprehensive and transactional partnership. We want to provide their clients with excellent advice, innovative solutions and premium service throughout the entire process - consultation, design, construction and after-sales support.

We currently employ 20 staff and our growth is continual.

The position includes the following responsibilities - This will likely evolve as the business continues to develop. We want staff to grow and develop in directions they most enjoy.

• Schedule, coordinate and run in-house electrical and automation consults (a significant amount of product and process training will be provided)
• Coordination with building estimators and consultants for projects
• Quoting, PO requests, merging of quotes/jobs in the system ready for onsite walkthrough/commencement
• Power connections / eCoC approvals
• Issuing PO's for subcontractors (undergrounds/solar/ac)
• Innovation - continual innovation is key for long-term success
• Product innovation - discussing/creating new product solutions where required (this is generally a collaborative team effort)
• Process innovation - continually innovating new office processes to improve and streamline workflow - this really has endless opportunities and again is generally quite collaborative.
• General office admin if/when capacity permits
• Assisting in other roles to support leave etc

This is ideally a full-time position but are open to options for the right candidate.
