About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior School Teacher to join our school as the
Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for various instructional and planning responsibilities related to providing TOK education in the IB Diploma Programme. This position involves coordinating and improving the TOK course, ensuring compliance with IB standards and practices, and supporting students in their TOK assessments. The role holder will be responsible for curriculum development, teacher support, student support, awareness and advocacy, leadership, and accountability. The coordinator will report directly to the Assistant Director of Academic Education (IB DP) and will play a crucial role in leading and developing the TOK curriculum. - The ability to work collaboratively with the CGS community including team members, parents and students
- Familiarity with IB assessment requirements and TOK curriculum standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
