About the role:
ETS are currently seeking a full-time experienced Electrical Field Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality service to our client in the state of Western Australia.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on leadership and building a high performing team. Reporting to the Electrical Operations Manager, you will bring strong leadership and coaching/mentoring skills and the ability to drive improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of field employees and contractors
- Ensure Meter Services Technicians are trained and competent to complete any tasks allocated
- Provide technical guidance and support to field employees and contractors
- Ensure all OHS and Environment obligations are met as outlined on company policies and procedures, and contractual requirements
- Complete field meter installation as required from time to time
- Provide daily updates to Operations Manager regarding all facets of operations including contractor and employee absences
- Meet key performance indicators set by client
Qualifications & Skills:
- A Grade electrical licence
- Detailed experience & understanding of metering practices, processes, and procedures
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role
- Ability to work autonomously with good time management & organisational skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing team
- Highly flexible, and adaptable to a dynamic ever-changing environment
- Intermediate Microsoft suite of applications experience and knowledge.
