Yurika, a leading organisation, offers a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor Metering to be located in Townsville. Our dynamic team is excited to invite all talented applicants to apply and take on this new challenge.About your new role: As an Electrical Supervisor Metering, you're a skilled professional who combines trade-based expertise with management skills to lead field-based teams of employees and contractors. You're responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of installation, connection, maintenance, and investigation activities to meet client works plans and customer requirements. You'll foster a culture that aligns with Energy Queensland's values and contributes to Yurika's success and growth in Australia. Your essential duties include providing effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring, promoting safety, engaging with customers and stakeholders, managing change, overseeing site management, and coordinating emergency works. What's on offer:It’s an exciting time to join us and to be involved in the energy sector, so consider us for your next career move, where you will experience:Remuneration:You'll have the option of working either a 9 or 10-day fortnightly roster and will be remunerated accordingly -
9-day fortnight - from $139,032 per annum plus 12.75% superannuation.
10-day fortnight - from $157,106 per annum plus 12.75% superannuation.
The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the successful applicant’s knowledge, skills and competencies that are required in this position. Other Benefits:

About you: Critical to your success in the role, is your:
Current Australia State or Territory Electrical Workers Licence.
Well-developed people management and leaderships skills, including mentoring and coaching skills.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a broader organisational leadership team to implement and deliver productivity improvements.
Demonstrated competence in managing projects and programs of work in a relevant technical field.
Well-developed customer service skills, and a high degree of oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to maintain and foster positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Working knowledge of electrical systems, electrical distribution and customer installations.
Availability for call out and emergency work.
Willingness to travel nationally, intrastate or to surrounding areas as required to undertake work.
Current 'C' class open Driver's Licence.
