About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Switchboard / Control Panel Builder to support the delivery of a series of LV Modular MCC and associated control system builds for a variety of projects across Western Australia. The successful candidates will be working both autonomously and collaboratively out of our workshop in Neerabup and will be responsible for building industrial LV switchboards and automation Control Panels including:
- PLC and remote telemetry
- Power Wiring
- Control Wiring
- LV Metering Installation
- Modular switchboard assembly (Elsteel endorsement preferred)
- Assisting site installation, integration and commissioning
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in switchboard and power system manufacturing or installation
- Ability to coordinate and lead in FAT testing
- Proficiency in cutting and bending Busbar systems
- Ability to build a range of low voltage switchboards and DC control and power systems from general arrangement and schematic drawings
- Demonstrated experience in resolving problems
- Attention to detail
- Hold a valid Forklift licence (preferred, but not essential)
