Address We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Team Leader to join our team at the Fisherman's Landing plant in Gladstone. As the Electrical Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to lead a diverse team of electricians and apprentices in effectively maintaining the site's electrical infrastructure. In this role you will:
Ensure the successful execution of the maintenance plan
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the applicable standards
Monitor that all compliance inspections and testing are conducted and documented
Coordinate contractors on site, including issuing permits of work
Contribute to weekly planning and shutdown plans
Lead from the front and provide support to your team when necessary
About you:
Proven experience in a Supervisory role or similar in a heavy industrial environment
Current unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers Licence
Electrical Instrumentation (desirable)
Tertiary qualifications in a Technical or Engineering discipline (desirable)
HV Switching Certified (desirable)
EEHA Certified (desirable)
High level of organisational and planning skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in SAP
