What is the role?There is now an exciting opportunity to join our Assembly team as an Electrician on a permanent, full-time basis.
There is now an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join the Assembly team on a permanent full-time basis.
The Electrician will assist with design, installation, testing and commissioning of the specialised mining equipment which RME invents, designs and manufactures.
This role also involves the use of fault-finding skills and some data maintenance.
What are we looking for?REQUIRED
- Electrical Licence
- At least 1 year’s post-trade industry experience
- Attention to detail with respect to paperwork processing
- Ability to approach situations with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Demonstrated organisation and time management skills
- Good level of written and spoken communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Well-developed computer skills, specifically in relation to the use of Microsoft Office
DESIRABLE
- Commercial building electrical and data maintenance experience
LICENCES
- Possession of a current QLD ‘C’ Class Open Driver’s Licence (desirable)
- Possession of a current ‘MR’ Class Driver’s Licence (desirable)
- Possession of a current Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Possession of a current Overhead Crane Licence (desirable)
