Our ideal candidate will be focused on growing a career immersed in Agricultural Developments and will be skilled and motivated to provide exceptional results for our customer network. Responsible for commissioning and servicing the solutions we provide in the Advanced Mechanised Irrigation market, you will be relied on to support our customers to achieve their outcomes.
As our Electrician and Control Technician, you will:
- Develop knowledge of, and install and maintain Warrego Water products and systems
- Provide technical assistance and support to our customers
- Undertake electrical irrigation installations
- Electrical and hydraulic fault finding, and repairs
- Radio telecommunication installation and fault finding
- Develop an indepth understanding of Center Pivot and Lateral Move Irrigation systems
- Interpret irrigation installation drawings and schematics
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Carry out written service reports
- Work in an outdoors environment

- I/O based mechanised irrigation control
- Complex Power / Pumping / Irrigation turn key infrastructure projects

Qualifications and Requirements
- Formal qualification in technical field (ie: Electrical or restricted electrical license)
- Practical knowledge of electrical principles, automation and control methodology
- Valid driving license
- White card and applicable high-risk licenses or VOC’s
