About the role Thiess Muswellbrook Coal Rehabilitation invites applicants to apply for the position of Electrician / FMS Technology Technician. This hands-on role will report through to the maintenance supervisor and maintain the site electrical infrastructure support Thiess's technology systems at Muswellbrook Coal Rehabilitation. Working on a lifestyle roster back-to-back with the current Electrician / FMS Technology Technician.
The responsibility of the role will be to assist with the maintenance and installation of infrastructure and systems which support the Fleet Management System (FMS) and other smart machine systems used on our operations. In this role, some of your duties will include: Assist with installations on new machines. Carry out inspections and repairs during machine overhauls.
Carry out preventative maintenance of site network infrastructure. Carry out installations of new facilities. Perform system upgrades as required.
Build a close working relationship with equipment OEMs: Hitachi, CAT etc. About you You must have: Electrical supervisors or contractor’s licence Certificate of Proficiency in related trade Current LVR & CPR Current Drivers Licence Experience working in an
