Salary:
$55 - 65 Per hour - CEC
$38/42 per hour - TA
Evolve Talent are currently working with a number of different commercial solar company's. Due to winning large projects, they're after Licensed Electricians with CEC accreditation to join their team. They have work covering the Melbourne radius. You will be a major part of the CEC crew working on high-end commercial projects. Anything from 100KW to 3MK's.
If you're looking for the next step by driving a crew, they're also looking for a strong leading hand.

About the Role & Client:
If you're Coming from the commercial background this will help massively, purely on the scale of projects they all have running. Most projects will be running from 2 months up to 6 months, before moving onto the next commercial site. Evolve Talent works very closely with all three solar company's, we know health and safety, team culture and consistent work throughout the year.
One of our clients you will be required to travel time to time, this is manly for you to shadow one of their PMs to see how the company runs. All expenses are covered/ working away allowances will be given.
About the role:
- Support the solar division installing, panels and equipment
- Supervise a crew of 4 tradesman
- Work closely with the PM
- Construct solar projects in the commercial space
- Install and produce top qualify service in the market
- Using reports and information to sign off projects
- Working for large solar company
- Must have a safe work attitude
- Open minded, motivated and have a care factor in the tasks you are completing
- Comfortable to work in and team and independently

Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in commercial solar - Essential
- Previous electrical or solar experience is Essential
- VIC Electrical license - Essential
- CEC Accreditation - Essential
- OHS White card - Essential
- Basic hand tools - Essential
- Working at heights - Essential
- Driving licensed - Essential
- Ability to give direction
- Having the knowledge and experience to work safety
- White card
- Flexibility to work around Sydney, overtime and different shifts where required
- Own tools
