Company Description: Phillip Riley has partnered with an independently owned, trusted Australian company that specialises in solar PV, solar battery storage, servicing, maintenance, and repairs of PV solar systems within Australia.
They are committed to delivering high-quality services to clients and are currently seeking a qualified and experienced CEC Accredited Electrician to join our team with an immediate start!
Position Overview: The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team, servicing clients in Melbourne and its greater suburbs. As a proactive and reliable on-the-tools leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Service clients in commercial space (Rooftop and some ground mount)
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including solar and battery storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Bring a friendly attitude to the workplace
- Mentor junior electricians and apprentices (When needed)
- CEC Accreditation is a must
- Minimum 2-4+ years of experience in Commercial, Industrial or Large Scale
- Working with Heights and EWP license (or open to training)
- Current VIC driver’s license
- White card
- Strong leadership and clear communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Passion for solar and battery storage
